Forest Shower was created when a friend asked for a blend to support the transition from her work with clients to her time at home with family. We chose cypress, lavender, and lemon for their cleansing, protective properties. To me, they feel like energies that build friendly gates, allowing kindness and good intentions in, while keeping negativity out. This is an uplifting combination that helps direct the intention of the crown chakra in its dance with universal flow.

When we work and interact with others, we can take on energies, causing us to feel weighed down or not ourselves. There are many ways to clear our auras: showering, meditating, smudging, breathwork, aromatherapy. This roller helps cleanse and strengthen our personal boundaries, while containing us in a protected, friendly cloak.

Usage

Roll on and inhale deeply when your crown chakra is asking for stimulation, to open your energy to the universal flow, or when you need to cleanse your aura of energies that do not belong to you.
